With a mission to change lives one SpongeBob quote at a time

11/02/2025

Sometimes the perfectionist in me kicks up my all nothing thinking and I just end up avoiding the task all together

“If I can’t do them all I might not even start”
Turns into
“Well I have to do yesterdays too, might as well wait until tomorrow”
Leads into
“Ugh I can’t write 15 notes right now I’ll do it later”

Lands me in procrastination station most of the time

Next time I hope to try “I can start one and see how it goes”

Wish me luck!!

Slow and steady

Hi all! I’m all ready for my fourth week of weekly broadcasts! Can’t believe it’s already been a month since I made a commitment to myself to start doing something I love.

I’ll admit it’s been a messy process but that’s the perfect medicine for any perfectionist.

Anyone frozen with indecision or fear of it not being perfect… start with one small messy imperfect step and make it look pretty later!!

Girl you got this! And if you don’t…use your resources! We don’t need to have it all together 100% of the time AND you have survived all 100% of anything you have ever faced

Trust yourself
Believe in yourself
Take care of yourself

You don’t have to have it all figured out by 30… no one really does.
After your 20s is where clarity and chaos somehow coexist. You’re building, unlearning, and reintroducing yourself all at once.

Therapy helps you write your owner’s manual so your thoughts, feelings, and actions finally start to align. 🧠💛
And if therapy isn’t your next step, that’s okay — I share plenty of free tools and resources to help you start untangling things at your own pace.

💌 Check my bio for free resources or DM me “RESOURCES” and I’ll send them your way.

Inner child: “let’s make it weird”

Regulation doesn’t always look like meditation sometimes it taste like chocolate milk . 🫧🥛

Somewhere between “being an adult” and “keeping it together,” we forget the tiny joys that made life feel magical.

Like blowing bubbles in your chocolate milk.
Dancing in the kitchen.
Laughing at your own jokes.

You don’t have to outgrow the parts of you that still find joy in simple things.

In fact that’s how you stay whole. 💛

💬what does your inner child bring to the table?
💾 Save this as your reminder to let your inner child play today.
📩 Send it to a friend who could use a little more whimsy.
