A New Healthcare Paradigm

Chiropractic taught me to remove interference. Functional medicine taught me to address the gut, liver, adrenals, toxins, and stress and emotions. Together, they helped me peel back the layers of my “perfect storm” — gut issues, parasites, stress, and metal toxicity — and reclaim my health.

As I share in my book, “You never change things by fighting an existing reality. To change something, build a new model that makes the old one obsolete.”

I Built a Brand-New Body.

When I was diagnosed with MS, I felt like my freedom was gone — every trip, every moment with my kids came with the fear of “what if I get sick?”

In 2011, I was diagnosed with MS and told my body would never get better. I lost the use of my right side, my eye, and even struggled to breathe. But I refused to accept that as my future.

My journey became about finding root causes, feeling my symptoms instead of masking them, and proving that healing was possible. 🌱

The 80s and 90s were the perfect storm for our health. Zero-fat diets, processed food, toxins, and stress—it all piled up and left us sick.

For me, that “storm” looked like parasites, leaky gut, and chronic inflammation. ut here’s the truth: none of that was random. It was the result of root causes—the food we ate, the environment we lived in, and the stress we carried.

It was really 14 years ago, I presented to the ER the inability to move the right side of my body, it looked as if I had a stroke, the doctors did a cat scan, MRI with contrast and a lumbar puncture

It wasn’t a stroke, it was Multiple Sclerosis!

That meant learning to go gluten-free, dairy-free, and giving up so many things that were stealing my health. And you know what? I wouldn’t trade it back for anything. I love my health, and every day it excites me to live in it.

One of the biggest lessons? Understanding how hybridized wheat and changes to our food supply impacted my body in ways I never knew.

My journey taught me the value of digging deeper—and I want others to experience the freedom I found.

In the 90s, everything changed. Glyphosate hit the food supply, sprayed on almost everything—later proven to be a cancer-causing agent.

If you’ve never looked into Dr. Stephanie Seneff’s research, I highly recommend it—she explains why glyphosate is so harmful and why we should avoid it.

Add to that the “fat-free craze” of the 90s—built on false studies—and we were left with fat-free cookies, fat-free everything… but also a generation of health issues.
