SEER FIT My philosophy is that the best type of health insurance is eating healthy and working out. So, why not work out? The pros outweigh the cons.

An active lifestyle can decrease the risk of life threatening diseases, improve physical appearance, increase energy levels, and reduce stress. Working out for at least 150 minutes a week can reduce the number of doctor visits; resulting in a reduction in the amount of money spent on medical bills. A year from now you’ll wish you had started today.
