Emotional eating can feel like it has power over us, especially in midlife when hormones, stress, and life transitions collide.

That is why I will be talking to Kim Hynes, Midlife Emotional Eating Coach, for this conversation for Menopause Awareness Month. So many of us need to hear this.

I’m honoring my mother's legacy with a special Instagram Live series featuring the theme, Lifestyle Medicine, with incredible guest experts in women’s health. Together, we’ll explore how lifestyle medicine can help you increase your energy, support your brain and heart health, and feel stronger in midlife and beyond.
