Lavender Meadows Services are designed according to the specific needs of our members.

Lavender Meadows assist Family Caregivers with getting Paid tax-free weekly stipend to support their disabled family member in the home through the Medicaid Waiver Program!! Lavender Meadows services promote medical stability, maintain optimal capacity for selfcare and maximize the individual’s highest level of functioning and independence. Our goal is to identify the individual needs of each member needing care in our service areas of personal care, social activities, medical. We work to provide services that will meet all members needs in a manner that maintains the dignity and respect of both the members, caregivers and staff.Lavender Meadows provides a multitude of services which includes Private Home Care, Adult Day Health,Structured Family Caregiving.
