🚩 15 Signs Your Girlfriend Might Be a Narcissist
1. It’s Always About Her.
No matter the topic, the spotlight always circles back to her — her problems, her plans, her needs.
2. She Lacks Empathy.
Your emotions barely register. She minimizes your pain or uses it against you later.
3. Love-Bombing, Then Withdrawal.
At first, she made you feel like the most important man on earth — then suddenly cold, distant, or critical once she “had” you.
4. Financial Manipulation.
She insists on getting money from you for personal things — clothes, nails, trips — without care for your well-being or bills. If you say no, she guilt-trips or punishes you emotionally.
5. Isolation Tactics.
She discourages you from spending time with friends and family, starts drama between you and loved ones, and only allows you to see them “on her terms.” She drives wedges between you and anyone who might see through her.
6. No Respect for Privacy.
She checks your phone, reads your messages, even pretends to be you by texting your family — sometimes whispering in the background to control what’s said or how situations unfold.
7. Gaslighting.
She denies obvious facts, twists conversations, or makes you question your own memory and sanity.
8. Craves Constant Attention.
She needs endless validation — online, in public, or from other men — and gets angry if you stop feeding her ego.
9. Plays the Victim.
When confronted, she flips the script: you’re the problem, you’re “too sensitive,” or “you made her act that way.”
10. Controls Through Punishment.
She withholds affection, gives the silent treatment, or starts fights to make you feel guilty.
11. Double Standards.
She expects loyalty, patience, and support — yet breaks her own rules freely.
12. Jealous of Your Success.
Instead of being proud of your growth, she competes or subtly undermines you.
13. Manipulative “Kindness.”
She does nice things — but always for leverage or recognition.
14. Obsessed with Image.
She cares more about how the relationship looks to others than how it feels for you.
15. You Feel Drained.
You’re walking on eggshells, constantly explaining yourself, and never feeling “enough.”
