In addition to being a Licensed Aesthetician, she is a Licencsed Assistant Laser Practitioner and is certified multiple body-sculpting and skin-tightening modalities. Meagan is a member of the American Society for Laser Medicine and Surgery, The National Aesthetic Spa Network, and Associated Skin Care Professionals. Meagan loves all the options available to our Steele Dermatology Patients, but especially enjoys skin tightening procedures such as Ultherapy.

Chemical peels aren’t just for the face! They can be done pretty much anywhere on the body. In this case, it was on the back to treat acne scarring. ⁣
⁣
Our patient came in looking for a treatment to remove hyperpigmentation caused by acne and create a more even skin tone. You’ll also notice the scars are lighter in some areas. This is referred to as hypopigmentation. We can’t bring back pigment but by softening the darker areas surrounding the scar, it makes it appear more even toned. ⁣
