MIMEDX Group, Inc.

MIMEDX Group, Inc. Patients are why we are here. MIMEDX has supplied over two million allografts, through both direct and consignment shipments.

MIMEDX is an industry leader in utilizing amniotic tissue as a platform for regenerative medicine, developing and distributing placental tissue allografts with patent-protected, proprietary processes for multiple sectors of healthcare. As a pioneer in placental biologics, we have both a core business, focused on addressing the needs of patients with acute and chronic non-healing wounds, and a promising late-stage pipeline targeted at decreasing pain and improving function for patients with degenerative musculoskeletal conditions. We derive our products from human placental tissues and process these tissues using our proprietary methods, including the PURION® process. We employ Current Good Tissue Practices, Current Good Manufacturing Practices, and terminal sterilization to produce our allografts. For additional information, please visit www.mimedx.com.

EPIFIX®, a protective barrier to support the healing cascade, was compared to autologous tissue in a 5-year retrospective, single-center, peer-reviewed study of 429 patients* undergoing post-Mohs surgery reconstruction in areas such as the face, scalp, and hands.

The study showed that when compared to those treated with autologous tissue, patients treated with EPIFIX achieved:
• Closure 15 days faster on average (p=0.0031)
• A 7.7X reduction in prolonged care on average (p=0.0005)

These outcomes can help streamline patient outcomes and reduce follow-up complexity.
