🍽️ MEAL IDEA:
•Abstract 1-Pan Easy Roasted Leg Quarters•
•Onions (not shown, but always welcome🧅)
•Sliced Potatoes
•Sliced Carrots
•Leg Quarters (cost-friendly)
•Abstract Spice (Original-or-Spicy)
•Fresh Herbs (I used rosemary and parsley)
•Olive Oil
- Preheat oven to 400°.
- Pour ~1 cup water in the bottom of the baking dish, and layer in ingredients.
- Cover and roast for 30 minutes on 400°, uncover and let roast for 15 more minutes or until golden brown like me 😘.
