Once your legs GO, you are pretty much done.
Some of the things I do to keep me legs healthy and strong are:

Stretching
Moderate muscle building
Lymphatic draining/massage
MOBILITY/STABILITY/BALANCE
Musscle Rolling

I've created many lower body exercises that I do while laying on or in the bed. Through sickness, and depression, I always push myself to do something from that list above to keep my legs strong.
There is no reason why anyone that is not paraplegic should indulge in lower body strengthening in our older age.
GET UP, GET WITHIT, and MOVE AROUND.

Skin care is health care too. Your skin is the largest organ on your body.
It's more about what you put in your body to preserve your skin, then what you put on it.
If you want the best skin care, follow a fitness, nutritional, health and wellness Enthusiast more than you follow beauty enthusiasts. My Common sense is different than yours. I've honed in on my youthful appearance in a different way than most. When ppl ask me what I use on my face, the answer is usually, NOTHING. I'm aging like the rest of the ppl my age, just not as fast. Don't hate me because I'm beautiful, love me because I'm informative 🩷❤️🩷❤️
I would suggest spending more time on health, wellness, fitness and nutrition, than beauty products, makeup and skincare. When your insides are pristine, it shows on the outside. Just know, acne and skin condition are more about what you are or are not putting in your body. The body may be lacking nutrients as well as the wrong things being put in it that will manifest through your skin. Bad diets will.attack the weakest part of your body and if that is your kind that THERE IT IS. Ive been on this earth for 54 yrs, and my conclusion is based from truth, knowledge, facts and experiences.
