Well hello there! It's been a while since I posted anything on social media.

Here I am, on the other side of the birth portal and deep into mothering the most precious little human being and soul I’ve ever known. It is surely a transformational, heart-expanding and disorienting time, with major change on multiple dimensions!

I've been blessed to spend pretty much every waking and sleeping hour with my babe (while exhausting SO worth it!). And now, right around her three month mark I'm finding myself naturally extend out more into the world and turn again towards my passionate work as an intuitive, teacher, and healer.

Frankly, it feels a little awkward and intimidating to return to the body of work that I carried out as an independent entrepreneur, pre-baby. :)

But alongside my deep love for mothering is a heartbeat that moves me to continue offering my craft and provide the spaces where you can learn about yourself, develop your intuition, feel empowered, and thrive.

So if you are:

PERSONAL SHARE:

If you know me well, you'll know that sharing intimate details about my personal life is something I do well in person, one-on-one or in small groups of close friends and family. You'll also know that I RARELY bring these intimate moments to social media, for a variety of reasons... but mostly because of my high sensitivity levels. When I post something and engage in the virtual web of thousands/millions of users, I can actually feel people's energy, focus and attention in a way that can sometimes be very intense or overly vulnerable. I AM getting better at holding clear energetic boundaries and letting myself break out of my shell a bit more. :)

And so... all of this to say... I am now taking the floor to share about my pregnancy with my phenomenal partner Robin Jackson, with the intention of allowing more love to flow from us and towards us in this very special time. (Plus he already posted on my wall so the news is out!! LOL. With my permission of course!).

As Autumn comes and the leaves change their colors and fall from the trees, so will I be changing from the colors of maiden to mother, and letting go of the me I knew as I step into a completely new self and life stage. I feel a tender mix of grief, joy, humility, awe, excitement and love as I await my little one.

These last 8 months of pregnancy have been a journey of immense inner transformation. Life has been working on me, smoothing out the rough edges, challenging me, requiring me to surrender my previous plans, visions, and identity to the mystery that is unfolding. And our baby hasn't even been born yet - which I am sure will be the ultimate transformation. It's felt as if I've been put in a pressure cooker, squirming, protesting, clinging... until I allowed myself to be refined like a stone in the tumbler, opened up, and uplifted through this humbling process.

Yes I will be taking a pause from my intuitive healing practice that gives me so much meaning, and has served so many over these last 11 years. And yes, I will come back around to it! By early spring of 2025 for sure!

Did you know that your brain wave state directly impacts your intuitive capacity?

As the productive busy bees that we tend to be in our modern day society, we spend quite a lot of time in Beta, or “busy” mind. We need this frequency in order to plan, organize, run logistics, carry out actions, build systems, and many other important tasks.

AND, when our brain state is running in Beta, we don’t get to access those major insights or ah-hah moments that our intuitive self knows so well. Literally the frequency is too frenetic to drop into the spaciousness that deeper knowing lives in. For this we need the Alpha and Theta states.

Taking a moment to appreciate the many sound baths I've offered over the past months, with a variety of places, landscapes, and people. Many of them were not capture on camera, but here are some that were!

Feeling grateful for the gift of opening my heart through sound and song, and getting to share that with you. It's such a joy to have people from all walks of life join a sound experience and walk away from it feeling more grounded, tapped in, and elevated.
