This is the time when we start slacking setting goals gives you and instant boost to keep moving forward, if you revisit your goals monthly then you can continue and its great to have an accountability partner!!!

01/05/15 I have pushed my restart button!!! I have had some hurdles to overcome but I am ready to tackle this mountain before me!!!! Good luck to those that are starting their journey to a healthier you I will accomplish my goals of a healthier me this year!!!! I will be doing meal plans and exercising!!! I have not exercised since my surgery in Sept. Starting All Over Again, but healthier and a clearer mind!!!
