Self care is so important for everyone, but especially for new moms. If you’re not caring for yourself, you won’t be good for anyone around you. Even if it’s just 20-30 mins of alone time away from the house, take it! Your partner won’t die if you leave the baby with him/her for a short time! 😉 That little time away from the chaos can be just enough to recharge. Do it without feeling guilty!
