I hope you enjoy time with your friends and family and have a wonderful holiday weekend. As we head into the season, remember to stay mindful with your meals. Eat well, plan ahead, and stay consistent with the health programs many of you are working so hard on.
Consider incorporating healthier options into your celebration, such as sugar-free or dairy-free dishes, so you can stay on track with your healing goals.
