Sandy Dalis is a board-certified holistic health coach
and founder of Crave Nutrition, helping women conquer cravings and overcome emotional eating, so they can enjoy a happier, healthier, more energetic life. After working for many years in the fast food industry—which promotes addictions to unhealthy food—she was inspired to become a health coach to share her passion for nutrition and wellness. Sandy recognizes that no single way of eating works for everyone; instead, at Crave Nutrition, we offer a holistic approach customized to your needs that will help you succeed where other methods have failed.

“Holistic” means that Sandy looks at all areas of your life and how they are connected to each other and to your eating patterns, to help you achieve
breakthroughs. For example, when you get stressed, do you snack on sweets or salty foods? Does low energy or a busy schedule prevent you from
exercising? Do you eat well all week, but binge on the weekends? Sandy has the expertise and supportive coaching skills to guide you to the food and lifestyle choices that work best for you and your goals. Trained at New York’s Institute for Integrative Nutrition, Sandy offers individualized health and nutrition coaching, and leads corporate wellness
