✨I want an easier, smoother week with less stress and chaos! How about you?? ✨
👉Meal Prep doesn’t have to be complicated or take all day.
💖Sometimes I do a ton, sometimes just a little—sometimes NOTHING and I always regret it…but even 5 small things can make my week feel so much easier, and that’s what I really, really want 😆
This week I prepped: chickpea blondie muffins, hard-boiled eggs, sliced bell peppers, chopped melon, and washed blueberries.
That’s it!
Having a few healthy, ready-to-go options on hand makes meals, snacks, and mornings feel way less stressful.
