As your doula, I make it my duty to nurture, support, and ensure the atmosphere is peaceful, calm, and serene.

I pray with and over my families, I get my hands dirty and my feet wet, I speak life, I carry the weight, and I POUR until I’m empty, and that’s not until mom and baby are both safe and sound.

I not only nurture the moms, I make sure fathers feel supported and seen as well.

I was born to do this work, and it brings me so much joy and honor to serve God’s babies in this way.

I started with 2 new coaching clients the last couple of weeks, and in just 1 one hour session, we were able to pinpoint the root of some things that have been plaguing every area of their lives. I got away from coaching for a while, but God always takes me back. These ladies “randomly” found me, and both said they just KNEW I was the one to help them. That…Is ALL GOD!

I’m honored to be used in a way that provides safety, clarity, and strategy. He gets all the glory.

The Tia Mac Experience is owned and operated by Tia Rouse. With 7 years in the nursing field, 15 years in a medical office setting, and 5 years of working in women’s health, Tia has a very customized experience that has enabled her to develop a results-driven program.

Tia helps clients assess health issues, self limiting behaviors, and past issues that play a role in their current state of health. This assessment is followed by coaching that breaks down the barriers to achieve optimal wellness.
