Lean on Me Doula Services A Doula is a professional Labor Coach and comes from the greek word meaning slave or servant I loved being pregnant and being in labor.

About me as a person and as a Doula:
My name is Britany, I am a wife to a wonderful man who I have known since I was seven, and mom to a 6 year old sweet girl and a 3 year old handsome boy. I have a strong relationship with Christ and walk in faith everyday. I am a very outgoing person who never meets a stranger! I have always had an extreme passion for maternity and labor/delivery. As a small child I would read pregnancy books with amazement! I knew from an early age I would spend my life encouraging and empowering women during pregnancy and labor. My technique as a doula varies from mother to mother. I can either be very hands on or provide more of an emotional support. Every mother is different therefor every mother's needs during labor are different. Either way my goal is to provide the mother with a positive birthing experience. "Your baby is only born once"
