1.) Mute your speaker when you come in. You can use your video or keep it off. That is your choice.
2. ) Plan on tuning in promptly at 7a.m.. If you happen to arrive late please understand others will already be there meditating so join in silently with your speaker muted.

Essential Matters Wellness-- Our Vision

Our Paradigm Shifted

We sold herbs and supplements. We taught classes and provided a multitude of alternative health services to our clientele. We thought we were doing the right things for our customers and clients but we noticed that some individuals resolved their issue or issues with our recommendations while others did not, all while doing the very same thing for the exact same ailment or ailments we had recommended for the first individual. It was very puzzling to us to say the least!

What was the problem?

People are not machines. If a human being was a machine they would be much more predictable and formulas would be effective every time applied. In other words, everyone would have the exact same specifications. However, as people we are not merely material beings and we are all very unique. We are not merely a body as that is just one expression of being human. We are spiritual beings having a physical experience. As human beings our reactions to the stressors of life—relationship issues, family problems, difficulties with finances, illness, loss, trauma etc.—are highly variable. Stress isn’t going away. It is part of the human experience but the capacity of an individual to cope in a healthy way, or not, is very unique to the individual. The Centre for Disease Control Prevention of the United States estimates that stress accounts for 75% of all doctor’s visits and the latest HSE (Health and Safety Executive) analysis concludes that 80 %-90% of all industrial accidents are related to personal problems and employee’s inability to handle stress. It is clear that we are, as a society, not coping very well with stress and that it is directly impacting our health and wellness.
