Meet Lilly Mallette, M.Ed, APC, NCC—the therapist who provides compassionate support for Black women navigating the fertility journey.
The fertility journey can feel devastatingly lonely.
The disappointing pregnancy tests month after month.
The well-meaning but painful questions from family ("When are you having kids?").
The grief that no one talks about.
The financial stress of treatment.
The toll on your relationship.
The feeling that your body has somehow betrayed you.
And as a Black woman, you may also carry:
→ Cultural expectations about motherhood and family
→ Stereotypes about Black fertility
→ Pressure to stay "strong" through it all
→ Healthcare experiences where you weren't believed or heard
→ The isolation of navigating this in communities that don't always talk openly about infertility
You don't have to carry this alone.
Lilly specializes in supporting Black women through:
✓ Infertility and fertility treatment (IVF, IUI, etc.)
✓ Pregnancy loss and recurrent miscarriage
✓ Postpartum depression and anxiety
✓ Maternal mental health concerns
✓ The emotional toll of trying to conceive
✓ Relationship strain during the fertility journey
✓ Deciding when to stop treatment or pursue other paths
