We offer slower flow yoga, Hatha, all levels , gentle, restorative, yin, chair and meditation classes. We are located in the Millwood Office Park on the corner of Old Canton and Roswell Rd. Across from the Race Track Gas station. A quieter space that holds the stillness just for you!
