I had a great experience renewing my GA driver's license with the new security requirements. I decided to visit the new GA DDS in Kennesaw for my license renewal. All customer service representatives were superb and eagerly helpful. The first step is to go to the Tech Station to fill out your application online. None of the computer terminals were at a Wheelchair Accessible level, but the Representative gave me a paper application on a clipboard for me to fill out. I got my service number ticket and waited to be called. The station number I was called to was not at an accessible level, but she quickly had me go to the one that was accessible. All items I needed to access for my renewal were within easy reach. The entire process took less than 30 mins.
