The Chairman of the Board Dr. Smith Blanc and his wife Nurse Mrs. Nadege Macenat Blanc conducted a mission trip in Haiti in 2019. Comprehensive eye exams were performed on 25 patients. They diagnosed diseases, checked for hypertension and diabetes, distributed glasses and sunglasses. It was our first mission trip to Haiti and it was successful.

Liberia Mission trip October 2016. The purpose of this trip was to educate patients on the importance of UV protection Sunglasses. Unfortunately, there are several diseases that affect the eyes that are caused by UV rays from the sun. Diseases like Cataracts, Pterygiums, Basal cell carcinoma and other diseases will cause blindness. We worked with 300 patients including children.
