Grateful doesn’t even begin to cover it…

Having my mom still here with me is something I never want to take for granted. It’s so easy to move through life, get busy, get distracted, and forget just how much of a blessing it is to still hear her voice, feel her presence, and experience her love in real time.

I’ve seen what it does to people when that’s no longer an option. Losing a parent especially a mother can shift your entire world. It leaves a silence that nothing can truly fill. Because a mother’s love is the first love we ever know… it’s where comfort begins, where safety is learned, where we are nurtured before we even understand what love is.

My mom is a 4-time cancer survivor. Four times I could have lost her… four times life reminded me just how fragile and precious this time is. And yet, she’s still here. Still loving. Still strong. Still covering me in a way only a mother can.

So today, I’m not just celebrating her birthday… I’m honoring her life, her strength, and the blessing of still having her here with me.
If your mom is still here love on her. Call her. Spend time with her. Be present. Don’t wait for “later,” because later isn’t promised.

And to those who no longer have their mothers I see your strength. I honor your grief. And I pray you still feel her love surrounding you in ways beyond the physical.

Happy Birthday, Mom 🤍 Thank you for loving me the way only you can. I pray you continue to be covered in health, peace, and joy. You deserve the world and more.

Sometimes the reset you’re looking for isn’t out there… it’s in your breath.

Slow, intentional breathing has the power to calm your mind, lower stress, and release the tension your body has been holding onto all day. When you breathe deeply, you’re telling your nervous system that you’re safe and that’s where real healing begins.

Inhale peace.
Exhale pressure.
Inhale clarity.

Exhale everything you’ve been carrying.
You don’t have to hold it all in. Your breath is a built-in release use it.

Start with just a few moments: breathe in through your nose, hold it gently, and release through your mouth. Let each exhale feel like a weight lifting off of you.

Be patient with yourself. Be present with yourself. You deserve moments of ease.

Your timeline needs a cleanse… not everything deserves access to your energy.

Take 20 seconds right now. Pause. Breathe. Listen. Let sound healing reset what scrolling has been disturbing.

You don’t realize how much noise you absorb other people’s chaos, opinions, pain, and projections. And then you wonder why you feel heavy.

Protect your peace like it’s sacred… because it is.
Unfollow what drains you. Mute what triggers you. Feed your spirit something that pours back into you.

This is your reminder: you are allowed to disconnect to reconnect with yourself.

🎶 Tap in for 20 seconds… your mind will thank you.

Strength doesn’t always look like standing tall… sometimes it looks like waking up, breathing through the heaviness, and choosing to keep going even when your heart is shattered.

Losing a mother is a different kind of grief. It’s not just losing a person it’s losing your safe place, your first love, your comfort, your guidance, your covering. A mother is often the one who knows you without explanation, who carries your pain without you speaking it, who grounds you when life feels uncertain. So when she’s gone, it can feel like a part of your foundation has been pulled from under you. The world keeps moving, but your heart is trying to figure out how to exist in a space that no longer feels the same.

Grief like that doesn’t follow a timeline. Some days you may feel strong, and other days it may hit you out of nowhere. Both are valid. Both are real. And both are part of healing.

To anyone carrying that kind of loss be gentle with yourself. Give yourself permission to feel, to rest, to remember, and even to smile again without guilt. Strength is not in suppressing your emotions… it’s in allowing yourself to move through them and still choosing life.

Kisha, we are still lifting you up. We are still surrounding you with love, even from afar. You are not alone in this, and you don’t have to carry it all by yourself. May peace find you in the quiet moments, may love wrap around you when the weight feels heavy, and may the memories of your mother continue to guide and comfort you. We are sending you love and light, always. 🤍✨

There is something incredibly brave about the one who cries out loud in a room full of strangers.

To be that vulnerable… to let the mask fall… to allow your pain to be seen without knowing how it will be received that takes a level of courage most people don’t talk about. Because the truth is, everyone has a breaking point. Some people just hide it better. On the outside, they smile, they function, they show up… but inside, they may be barely holding on.

So when someone reaches that moment and releases what they’ve been carrying, it’s not weakness it’s honesty. It’s release. It’s healing trying to happen in real time.

To the beautiful soul who allowed herself to feel, fully and openly you did not break down, you broke open. And that is something to be honored, not hidden.

And to everyone who showed up to Sound Bath & Chill … thank you. Thank you for choosing compassion over judgment. Thank you for forming a circle of love around someone in pain. That moment where strangers became support, where energy shifted, where hearts opened that’s what this space is truly about.
Let this be your reminder: you do NOT have to apologize for crying. You do NOT have to apologize for needing comfort. You do NOT have to carry everything alone.

There is power in being seen. There is healing in being held emotionally, spiritually, energetically.
Give yourself permission to feel. Give others grace to do the same. And when you can, be the safe place someone else needs.

(Words of Encouragement 🙏🏽)

Right now feels heavy in a way that’s hard to put into words. So many people are waking up to uncertainty jobs lost without warning, bills rising faster than income, and a constant pressure just to stay afloat. And for those who built something of their own, it can feel like you’re fighting every single day just to keep your dream alive.

There’s no sugarcoating it this season is hard. It’s exhausting. It’s emotional. And it can make even the strongest people feel overwhelmed.

But in the middle of all this chaos, don’t forget to hold on to yourself. Your peace matters. Your sanity matters. You are allowed to pause, to feel, to breathe. Strength doesn’t always look like pushing nonstop sometimes it looks like resting, recalibrating, and choosing not to give up even when everything feels uncertain.

Be gentle with yourself right now. Extend grace to others you never know what someone is silently carrying. Lean into what grounds you, whether that’s faith, community, or simply taking a quiet moment to reset.

This moment does not define you. The hardship is real, but so is your resilience. One day at a time, one step at a time you’re still here, still standing, still becoming.

Dance is more than movement it’s energy in motion.

When you let your body move freely, you release what words can’t hold. Stress softens, your spirit lifts, and your energy begins to flow the way it was meant to.

There’s something powerful about a room full of strangers moving to the same rhythm… walls come down, hearts open, and suddenly you’re not alone you’re connected through sound, through feeling, through vibration.

Don’t overthink it. Don’t wait to be perfect. Just move. Let your body speak, let your energy breathe, and trust that what you release, you no longer have to carry. ✨

Hosting isn’t just about planning it’s about pivoting.

🌸 One day Georgia gives you sunshine and 80°, the next it’s freezing cold. As an owner, you learn quickly that guest comfort always comes first, even if it means last-minute adjustments.

For our first spring event, we made it happen warming eye masks, tea and hot chocolate, extra blankets, and even brand-new towels to keep our guests’ feet warm and dry. Because the little details? They’re what people remember.

Advice to fellow hosts: always plan, but be ready to adapt. Keep backup comfort items on hand, think through the full guest experience, and never underestimate how much care shows. Your flexibility is your superpower.

Stay ready so you don’t have to get ready. 💫

When Life Changes Without Permission 🥺

How do you move forward when everything you’ve ever known… is suddenly gone?

When you’ve spent a lifetime being a wife, a partner, a nurturer building a home, pouring into a marriage, and creating a world that revolved around love and then one day, that world shifts in a way you never imagined… it can feel like you’ve lost not only your person, but pieces of yourself too.

For many women who have been homemakers, losing a husband later in life can bring a unique kind of heartbreak. The silence in the house feels louder. The routines that once brought comfort now feel empty. The identity you carried with pride may feel uncertain. There can be grief, loneliness, fear, and even moments of wondering, “Who am I now?”
And those feelings are real. They deserve to be honored.

But here’s the truth that still stands, even in the middle of loss:
You were never just a wife.
You were always a whole, vibrant, evolving soul.
The love you gave, the life you built, the memories you created those don’t disappear. They live in you. And even now, there is still life left to live, purpose still waiting to unfold, and joy that can still find its way back to you in new forms.

Moving forward doesn’t mean forgetting.
It means learning how to carry love differently.
It may look like rediscovering yourself… slowly.
Trying new things… gently.

Finding moments of laughter again… without guilt.

Healing is not a straight line. Some days will feel heavy, others a little lighter. But step by step, breath by breath you are still here, and that means your story is not over.
You were interesting.
You are interesting.

And you will always be interesting because your life holds value far beyond any one role.

And sending a very special shoutout to Mrs. Ernestine 💛

We are so grateful you joined us at Soul Care Sessions yesterday! Your spirit lit up the room and yes ma’am, those knees worked just fine! We had us a good ole dance and a whole lot of joy. Sending you so much love!
