Having a medical and christian background, we noticed that a lot of what we eat is not only just not good for us, but it also is not what God would have us eat. We developed a farm plan to provide beef the way it should be, like your grandparents had. Our cows are naturally grass-fed and finished, without antibiotics or hormones.
We are unable to sell individual packages of meat; to do so would require a USDA approval process. Instead, we sell the live cow and transport it to the processor for you. You, the buyer, then would pick up your meat directly from the processor. Our processor, Greg Woods, has extensive experience and a shop so clean that it meets even Barbara’s strict standards. Your healthy beef will be vacuum sealed, in meal-ready proportions, which will allow it to remain in your freezer for up to 3 years.
We price on the market scale, and most of the time you will experience quite a savings in comparison to the supermarket.
