I love this quote! When you have frequent cold or headache, how many times do you reach out for otc meds? Just like the flower, you try the fix the illness rather try to create a healthier body. You will be surprised to see that when you clean up your body, you will have less colds or headaches and that's just the beginning.

Do you have a dream that you want it so bad to come true? I had always wanted to ride a horse since I was a child and it did happen when I was 49. I had no idea that riding was not as easy as it looked. 😁 These big creatures have their own will to say lightly. I didn't just want to be an "okay" rider but I wanted to be good at it. I proved that I could do it and just like that I live my dream. I don't ride anymore since the craziness started and I miss it. Maybe someday when I have less things on my plate, I will ride again. In the mean time, I'll cherish this memory with Ben, the strong and fast haflinger. We naturally just connected and I will miss him forever! ❤

I am a big fan of skincare, a really good one as your skin is the largest organ of the body. They absorb everything you put on it into your blood stream within seconds and will end up in your internal organs such as your liver. I don't wear make up much but when I do I make sure they don't contain any of these below. A good skincare and make up should nourish your skin as they contain natural ingredients that benefit your skin making it younger looking and give you natural glow. Only a handful of companies make it this way. Next time you shop for a lipstick or face wash for instance, check their labels for ingredients. The way to live naturally well is to be very vigilant about everything you use for your body and yes what you put into it too.💕
