Feeling deeply blessed this Mother’s Day to share it with both my mother and my daughter.

Mother’s Day is a tender and complex day for many. I’m sending love to all the mothers, and to those who have lost their mothers, never knew them, or are estranged. To the mothers who are separated from their children, have lost a child, or never had the chance to know one—my heart is with you.

If today brings pain, be gentle with yourself. Be kind. And love yourself with the fierce, unconditional heart of the Great Mother.

We are living through profound change and deep uncertainty. So many of us are still carrying the echoes of collective and generational trauma, stirred again by today’s instability.

In times like these, we need each other more than ever. We need spaces to connect, to feel, to grow, and to remember who we really are.

I am creating small online groups—sacred spaces for resilience, reflection, and soul-deep support. A place to build tools and practices that help us stay rooted through uncertainty.
