Chronic pain isn’t just uncomfortable—it can change how you move, how you sleep, and how you show up in everyday life.
Over the past 16 years, I’ve been honored to work with people dealing with chronic and complicated pain—many of whom were told their situation was “too complex” or left feeling unsure of where to turn next. What I’ve learned is that pain is rarely random. The body adapts, compensates, and holds onto patterns that—over time—can lead to discomfort and dysfunction.
At Absolute Massage, we focus on understanding those patterns. Instead of chasing symptoms, we take time to assess how the body is moving, where tension is being stored, and how everything is connected.
Education is a big part of the process, because when clients understand why their body hurts, they feel more empowered—and that’s often when real change begins.
Helping people find relief from chronic pain is why Absolute Massage exists. Not because every case is easy, but because every person deserves to feel heard, supported, and hopeful.
If you’ve been living with ongoing back pain and feel discouraged, know this: your pain is real, and there may still be options worth exploring. Sometimes the first step is simply having a conversation.
