The only permission you require is yours... PERIOD.
Friday I wrapped up the Healthy Habits That Stick Challenge [which was amazing btw... you definitely want to join the next one!].
In one of the last sessions I addressed a question that I got about motivation. I shared that for most high-achieving women, the problem is very rarely motivation... but an issue with PERMISSION.
We often don't give ourselves the permission to do the things we need or want to do because we're too busy taking care of other people's wants and needs.
So we put it off, we make excuses, we convince ourselves that we really don't want/need to do it... while slowly moving further and further away from our own goals.
Normally I would be on to the next set of "shoulds", but this week I choose to silence that.
This week I'm giving myself permission to hit PAUSE and reflect on what I accomplished last week and quietly prepare for what I have coming up.
