It's been awhile! H4U Inc is in metamorphosis, aren't we all?

My vision for H4U is so encompassing! I am on a mission to provide global resources for self actualization. I believe this starts with empowering beings to resonate with their inner light or as I like to say, exhibit/resonate with radical love.
I started H4U by establishing at home rituals that I shared with you all. These rituals aided my awareness of self. Now I plan to extend this offering to families around the world.

I plan to initiate this by becoming a Women's Health Nurse Practitioner + Midwife to provide familial care and be apart of diminishing the Black maternal and infant death rates in the US.

I plan to establish birthing centers specifically for black and brown women.

I plan to establish recovery centers for pregnant women and their children to heal from substance abuse, mental dis-ease, and all of the socio economic issues that taunt black women on a daily.

I plan to travel the world to learn more about safe perinatal techniques so that I can refute the epidemic that is black birth in the US.

All of this came from the idea that healing myself will in turn heal the world (H4U Inc.).

•Community Involvement•
When I was younger, I loved when my mom would take me to the library. It seemed like this huge mansion of books that was never-ending. It was always so hard to be quiet and I couldn’t wait until my mom would drop me off in the kids room.
Today, I live directly across from my community library. I get free books on whatever topic I dream of! There are so many things to get involved in just at the library. I got free zoo tickets to take my niece and nephew to, and they offer free meditation, yoga, and food services throughout the week.
Get involved with your community, especially if you have little ones! They’ll cherish the connection they had with their neighborhood and with you.
When was the last time you visited your local library or got involved in your community?
