The lowly white button mushroom ain't so lowly !

Aromatase inhibitors are prescribed to prevent excess estrogens in hormonal cancers ...... Well,

:👉A 2001 study in The Journal of Nutrition found that extracts from common white button mushrooms (species Agaricus bisporus) inhibited aromatase activity and suppressed breast cancer cell proliferation in laboratory cell cultures.

NOT get to the cancer cell --- another name for sweet wormwood is artemisinin and used in Germany and Mexico and many countries all around the world that isn't part of a corrupt medical industrial complex such as the US.

Before you say it you're right steak taste better 🤪 but I am educating about the advantage. Spirulina is a blue-green algae, and natural antioxidant rich in iron, vitamins and minerals which is why it's also great to increase immune function, it can enhance exercise performance as well as regulate your blood sugar. As if that wasn't enough, It is also a natural chelater to detoxify and pull heavy metals out of the body.
Moreover, even if it didn't do any of that one of the best things about spirulina, ounce per ounce is about 70% pure protein without the inflammation causing palmitic acid found in meat, AND it too is a complete protein --- meaning it contains ALL NINE essential amino acids with endless benefits.

I realize for many think collagen is all the rage, but I for one would rather take my God-given wrinkles, that come with life experiences than the the risk of the downside of Collagen relative to Cancer.
Any one of us can have a cancer unknowingly, as we endure it a few times throughout our life and our body handles it through your immune system. However I would think you wouldn't want to intentionally put something in your body known to perpetrate growth of a cancer cell.

👉While often praised for skin and benefits, collagen plays a far more sinister role within the tumor microenvironment, particularly when it comes to cancer development and progression.

👉Far from being harmless, collagen serves as a structure that tumors exploit, with a dense, fibrous grid sheltering malignant cells supporting their growth and survival.

👉It interacts directly with cancer cells receptors triggering signals promoting proliferation into surrounding tissues AND even resistance to SOC , i.e., chemo and radiation.

👉Increased collagen has been correlated with more aggressive cancers, including breast, pancreatic, and ovarian, and with its grid like growth is even thought to be a conduit for cancer to metastasize to distant organs.
