I have always exercised and ate what I thought was healthy foods. Gym everyday, ran 6 miles 3-4 times a week and didn't eat fried foods or lots of sugar. While going through this journey I realized not everything I thought was healthy fell into the alkaline food group, taking multivitamins, nor by drinking bottled water was I getting the nutrients i needed. You see it has been researched and noted that if you keep your body in an alkaline state then heart disease, Diabetes and even cancer along with other diseased cannot live. So how do we get healthy? You need to eat more alkaline foods, put nutrients into your body that it will absorb and exercise. I hope that this page will help guide you to a healthier you. I will share with you products that I use and habits that I have found that will help give your body that leg up on healthy nutrition and lifestyle.

Girls night out with my girls. They have planned this night for over a month and Dayton got us all matching mean girl PJs. (Yes we wore them to the movies, and yes people looked at us and talked about us I’m sure. Just like “mean girls” would do lol) fun memories makes a mommas heart full. I was able to tk go check on Gage”/ house in Clemson today. His house doesn’t have power and debris everywhere, however the sink hole is very deep and wide. Thankful no structural damage. I was able to have lunch at ’ me house with him before going to watch coach a game she loves. These girls look at her with smiles and giggles yet at the same time asking for guidance and support. Loved this moment almost as much as I loved watching her play. Then finished the day with my girls watching our Tigers take the W and wishing we could have spent the weekend up there as planned. The area is still without power and a lot of damages to homes. Prayers for a place we all love so deeply.
