We created the Wine & Spine event which brings people together for a relaxing massage and wine while mingling. We handle everything from marketing to scheduling; you just have to say, "yes!" Our Story

From depression to changing lives.

There is a story to why Leizure Living was created back in 2016. Our founder Derica, suffered from depression during her time overseas in the military and wellness is what became her outlet and ultimately saved her life. So many people often confused a well defined body with a healthy body and she wanted to find ways to reach larger audiences to share the broad spectrum of wellness. Wellness includes seven dimensions, which are; social, emotional, spiritual, environmental, occupational, intellectual and physical.

Leizure Living was created to show communities how achieving wellness in all areas is possible. Next time you attend or book one of our social events or wellness classes, think about which of the seven dimensions you're improving in. It could be physical, social, emotional or even spiritual! Staying well is like being your own personal doctor, no medicine needed!
