Couldn’t be more true, as parents we have the chance everyday and every moment to show our children how important and loved they are. ❤️

¿Me escuchas?

It could not be any more true ❤️

March 1st is self-Injury Awareness Day. If you or someone you know is self-harming please reach out for help. Self-harming is never to be ignored, it is a symptom of a bigger problem that needs to be addressed.

I have many years of experience working with young people struggling with this, and I know there is hope and healing for them and their families ❤️

Over two million people engage in self-harm and usually go for methods like cutting, scratching, bruising, breaking bones and hitting, among various other. Self-Injury Awareness Day 2019: What is SIAD? History and Importance of the Day for Self-Harm Awareness.
