Changing Lives Today offers innovative supportive programs and services, to empower individuals who have inspiring dreams to reach their maximum potential.

MISSION STATEMENT

Changing Lives Today, a non-profit organization dedicated to providing quality services and housing for the aging population and those with physical and mental disabilities regardless of race, religion, ethnicity, or any other difference. Our outreach plan includes personal care facilities, home health care, adult day care, and respite care. CORE BELIEFS

We believe:

* Traditional housing and programs used (or not used) in caring for the aging population are outdated and
non-effective in providing the mental and physical stimuli needed to promote good mental and physical health.

* In supporting and implementing inter-generational initiatives that increase interaction between youth and
older adults.

* In maintaining a learning environment for our staff, providing opportunities to increase proffesional growth,
and improving skills.

* The aging population should continue to play an active role in the community because this group offers unique
perspective on life and holds a wealth of untapped wisdom and knowledge.

* In protecting our seniors and persons with disabilities from mistreatment and advocate for their rights and
well being.
