Works done this past week:
1. A ocean-themed white vanilla cake, filled with dark & milk chocolate and covered in whipped cream. The grad cap was edible, made with rice krispy treats, graham crackers, icing and fondant, the sand was brown sugar and the shells were made from fondant;
2. A fashion-themed Chocolate Silk Deluxe cake, filled with Dark chocolate and covered in vanilla American buttercream with black ribbons and silver shimmer;
3. And a Red Royalty (red velvet) cake with vanilla Anerican buttercream frosting with gold ribbons and and white and gold shimmer.
