I’m continuing the 75 Holistic Challenge, and it’s not about extremes. It’s about stacking small, powerful habits for 75 days straight:

✔ Move my body daily
✔ Eat whole, nourishing foods
✔ Hydrate (64+ oz)
✔ Support gut + immune health (Kombucha, etc)
✔ 10 minutes of mindset work
✔ One intentional “act of peace” per day

No punishment. No crash dieting. No burnout.
Just consistency, gut health, movement, and mental clarity.

Today marks the shortest day and longest night of the year — a turning point where we welcome back the light little by little. 🌙➡️☀️

The Winter Solstice has been celebrated for thousands of years as a reminder that even in the darkest seasons, lighter, brighter days are coming.

And as we move through this shift, our bodies and minds feel it too.
Less sunlight can mean:

We are a family that loves making ORGANIC ELDERBERRY SYRUP! Our syrup is made from Organic Elderberries, Local Raw Honey, Cloves, Ginger and Cinnamon. Now we are also making SEA MOSS GEL with Sea Moss sourced directly from our diver in Tobago!

These products are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent disease.

Special Precautions and Warnings: "Autoimmune diseases" such as multiple sclerosis (MS), lupus (systemic lupus erythematosus, SLE), rheumatoid arthritis (RA), or other conditions: Elderberry might cause the immune system to become more active, and this could increase the symptoms of autoimmune diseases. If you have one of these conditions, it's best to avoid using elderberry.

Also, Pediatricians recommend waiting until your baby is at least 12 months before introducing honey because it may contain spores of bacteria that can cause botulism. This doesn't mean our honey supply is contaminated -- these bacteria are harmless to adults and children over 1. Sea Moss contains naturally occurring iodine. Too much iodine can cause adverse effects. Be aware of your iodine intake and only use Sea Moss as directed. Sea Moss Gel is NOT recommended for young children.
