We are More than Conquerors

My name is Laura Arrants. I recently discovered my purpose for being on this planet (perhaps a little late, but at least I got there, right?). I have a genuine passion to help others conquer their emotions and take control of their health in a faith-based and natural manor by removing the toxic chemicals, foods, emotions, people and environments that surround us in our everyday lives.

We were ALL fearfully and wonderfully made to thrive and live a purpose-driven life with passion and without fear. Over the last year, I have completely changed careers and my life focus. I am pursuing God’s purpose for me and I have never been more motivated in my life. I have encountered so many amazing people already in this journey who have opened my eyes to what truly matters. We are NOT designed to live monotonous, uninspired lives with no higher purpose. Each and every one of us were created to fulfill God’s purpose in our lives. I finally stopped ignoring Him and began to listen and act on what He has been telling me to do all along.

Fear is a crippling emotion that predominantly drives our actions on a daily basis. How many times a day do you change your direction/action based on fear? We were not created to be afraid. Have I not commanded you? Be strong and courageous. Do not be frightened, and do not be dismayed, for the Lord your God is with you wherever you go.” Joshua 1:9 Yet fear stops us daily, even hourly, from doing God’s work, from not only succeeding, but from CONQUERING. ...in all things we are more than conquerors through Him who loved us. Romans 8:37 We are MORE THAN CONQUERORS! We are not meant to be crippled and stagnant. We are meant to move and share the Good News of Jesus.

How do we address our fears and overcome them? How do we undo the generations of fear that have built up from our families? How do we break the bonds that are holding us back? How do we become FREE to do His work and live abundantly? We learn to RELEASE and LET IT GO (yes, I sang it as I typed it). We are not meant to hold on to problems from others or even problems we have created ourselves. We are meant to lay them at the feet of Jesus and leave them in the past. They are NOT OURS! We are meant to do as He commands us. I battle every day with being able to let go and not control every element of my life. Who am I to think I should control anything? I certainly can’t do it better than He can! So I need to open my hand to release control and receive his blessings. It sounds so very simple, and it is...but it is very HARD to do.
