Such fond memories of this marathon two years ago! So much so that I will be back next year! It was my first world major marathon and I believe my favorite.

Crowds and support are epic - a marathon I highly recommend! ๐ŸŽ‰๐Ÿคฉ

Really enjoyed this morningโ€™s Wine and Dine 10K - I took it easy and PRโ€™ed in fun and character photos (those will come later ๐Ÿ˜‰).

Running HM tomorrow, so just interested in enjoying it at a somewhat party pace.

All the staff on course were so amazing. And the course was so fun, too. ๐Ÿ™Œ๐Ÿผ

The weather was tough, supposedly the hottest Berlin Marathon ever. And Iโ€™m sure I stopped smiling when I passed the camera! ๐Ÿ“ธ

Iโ€™m at airport to return home - but glad to have run the BMW Berlin Marathon, and traveled through Germany!

I may need some time off for a cranky hip situation, we shall see.

Next up is the Atlanta Track Club 10 miler, Wine and Dine Weekend and Thanksgiving HM. Of course, if my body allows me. ๐Ÿคž๐Ÿผ๐Ÿคž๐Ÿผ

Super long run done with 55K of my closest friends. ๐Ÿ‡ฉ๐Ÿ‡ช โญ๏ธโญ๏ธโญ๏ธโญ๏ธ

Phew! The Berlin Marathon had some beastly weather with temps in the 80โ€™s for at least a couple hours.

But I started at an easier pace and managed to run second half 13 minutes faster.

And I met someone who recognized me from Rundisney! Like in the first half mile! He recognized me from the Disney+ segment I was in a few years ago โ€” and HE was in it too because he was right behind me when they filmed. Itโ€™s a SMALL world!

Anyhoo, Iโ€™m glad and thankful itโ€™s done. Iโ€™m grateful my body held up (except my ankle - note that shotโ€ฆ).

Marathon no. 23 at PARTY pace on tap! ๐Ÿฅณ

Berlin Marathon tomorrow! With temps in the 70โ€™s at the START, itโ€™s going to be a warm one. So Iโ€™m planning on running easy and sight seeing ๐Ÿ™ƒ

Expo was quite organized! Bummer though that you have to BUY a finisher shirt. ๐Ÿ™„

Berlin is a beautiful city! Look forward to seeing more of it. Yesterday was minimal given the 18+ hours of travel to get here. ๐Ÿ˜ฌ

Waiter last night made fun of me though because I ordered a .3L beer - he said it was kidโ€™s size.
