I am a naturopathic doctor with a huge passion for helping new moms!

Stepping into the new role as a mother can be challenging. The feeling of being tired all the time, brain fog, and pain. Trust me. I get it because I have been there.

As a mother of two, I understand the challenging new moms face. I struggled with postpartum depression after my first child. At that time, I had no idea what postpartum depression was. I struggled for years. My experience inspired me to help other mothers through their motherhood journey.
