Winter Solstice — When the Heart Listens

On the longest night,
the heart softens its guard.
What has been protected
is ready to be felt.

Stillness teaches gently—
love does not disappear in the dark,
it waits… patient, present, true.

be welcomed home.

🌑 Winter Solstice Ritual Pairing: Heart Be Open

You’ll need:
• A cup of Heart Be Open Tea
• A candle
• A quiet space

Ritual:

Brew your Heart Be Open Tea with intention. As it steeps, place one hand on your heart and one on your belly.

Light your candle and take 5 slow breaths, imagining warmth spreading through your chest.

Sip your tea slowly, allowing each sip to soften any tightness or heaviness held in the heart.

Whisper or write:
“I release what has closed my heart. I welcome love, compassion, and trust back in.”

Sit in stillness for a few moments, honoring both the darkness and the returning light.

✨ This ritual invites gentle opening, emotional warmth, and self-connection during the solstice pause.
