Two things that really determine how we age as women: 1) Strength and 2)mental sharpness

Tonight I am going to focus on #2 and how I personally tested the importance of it during Thanksgiving.

Ever feel like you’re suddenly invisible, even in your own life?

I used to cancel plans, avoid things I loved, and hide how exhausted I really was.
My energy was so low I felt like a shadow of the woman I used to be.

Worse… I felt emotionally invisible, especially because I couldn’t recruit or lead my team well. Everything I tried failed because I didn’t have a duplicatable system or the energy to show up consistently.
This “invisible woman” feeling isn’t in your head.

When estrogen, progesterone, cortisol + thyroid function shift, your energy plummets. Your body prioritizes survival, not joy.
That hormonal chaos makes you feel disconnected, unfocused, withdrawn, and overwhelmed.
It’s a sign that our body needs more biochemical support

Here’s a daily supplement regimen that helped me until I found my simple solution:
💊 10-20 mg/day - zinc (Gluconate or Picolinate)
💊 0.5-2 mg/day - Copper (Glycinate or Bisglycinate)
💊 250-500 mg/day - NAD+ Precursors (NMN or NR)
💊 100-200 mg/day -CoQ10 (Ubiquinol)
💊 200-400 mg/day - Magnesium (Glycinate or Malate)

You can try to piece this all together… but that’s what kept me stuck for YEARS.
Too much information. Not enough guidance. No support.

I now follow a simple daily system that supports hormones, energy, and mood (without meds or overwhelm).
It’s what helped me feel alive again.
I again enjoy being creative, social, and present.

Does the thought of how you feel in 10 years scare you so much you don’t even dare think about it?

I used to feel that way.
Today I am a little tired and achey from the workout I did yesterday….AND
This makes me feel so happy!

Three years ago if you told me that I would average 2-3 strength workouts a week I would have asked what kind of drugs you were on 😆

If you are like me you can get bogged down in only evaluating yourself on where you are NOT today
and what you have not done today, this week and this month.

But the truth is success is not a final destination, it is a lot of little steps toward the bigger goals .

The one perpetual goal I have for myself everyday for the rest of my life is to do whatever I can on any given day to support myself in feeling the best I can mentally and physically.

Everyday just do 1 thing to make yourself better. We don’t need a guru to tell us this.
AND then when you do it celebrate that - acknowledge it.
Some days I can just do 1 and other days I get more,

Because I felt so terrible physically a few years ago I said yes to trying something that I had no belief in its ability to help me feel better…..AND it did.

Makng that decision to try that new thing was my 1 thing that day.

I am so thankful that I said yes on that day and followed through.
The little things you can do will add up and make a difference, take that walk, eat better.

Follow me for information on how to live your best in this phase of your life.

Wishing you and yours a wonderful holiday week if you are stateside.

Really think about it.
Not the cute surface-level answer.
The honest one.
The one that stings a little.

Because here’s the truth…
Most women don’t stop doing the things they love because they “changed.”
They stop because hormonal imbalance, cortisol overload, and adrenal fatigue slowly drained their spark until life felt too heavy to participate in.

And you know it’s costing you more than sleep.
Maybe it’s:
✨ Going out with friends
✨ Planning trips
✨ Saying yes to last-minute fun
✨ Your creative hobbies
✨ Being spontaneous
✨ Even having the energy to care about yourself

That fear of “I’m losing pieces of myself” is REAL.
So is the exhaustion that makes your world shrink.
I want to know yours.

👇 What’s ONE thing fatigue has taken from you — and you want back?

Your answer matters more than you think. 💛⚡️

Today I am going to discuss the signs of you becoming so resigned by your fatigue that you let it rob you of precious moments of life.

11/18/2025

If you’re so tired you can’t tell whether it’s burnout or possession… welcome.

Menopause fatigue is a special kind of monster — the kind that steals your energy and your joy.”

There was a point where I genuinely didn’t know how I was supposed to live the rest of my life feeling like this.
I hated facing my days.
I cried thinking about simple things — traveling, meeting friends, even going to Target — because I was just… too tired.

Everyone around me was living their life, and I was stuck on the couch negotiating with my own body like,
‘Please just let me get through this day without falling apart.’
And the worst part?
I didn’t recognize myself anymore.”

I wasn’t living, I was horizontal and when I wasn't I was counting down the moments until I would be again 😐

Here’s what I didn’t know:
Menopausal hormone shifts like low estrogen, unstable cortisol, fried adrenals, don’t just make you tired.
They drain your energy like someone unplugged your soul.
It’s not weakness.
It’s chemistry. 🧪
It’s your body whispering, then screaming,
‘I can’t keep running on fumes.’ 😫

Some supplements that can help, by rebuilding and supporting your cellular power houses:
For Copper Peptide Support
💊 10-20 mg/day - zinc (Gluconate or Picolinate)
💊 0.5-2 mg/day - Copper (Glycinate or Bisglycinate)
For Mitochondrial Energy Support
💊 250-500 mg/day - NAD+ Precursors (NMN or NR)
💊 100-200 mg/day -CoQ10 (Ubiquinol)
💊 200-400 mg/day - Magnesium (Glycinate or Malate)

These supplements really did help me after taking them consistently for a few months, but it was a lot of pills to remember to take and figuring out the exact dosage for me took some trial and error.

For years, I tried ‘powering through.’
I called it strength but honestly, it was just self-neglect with better branding.
Spoiler: powering through doesn’t work when your hormones are low or pretty much gone for good.

Everything changed when I stopped chasing energy and started rebuilding it, naturally.
I followed a simple daily protocol that supports cellular function, circulation and adrenal repair that gives me the energy I had in my 30s. Within weeks, I wasn’t just awake…
I was alive again.
I got my spark back.
I got me back.”

the exact shifts that helped me stop surviving my days and start actually living them again.
