I am officiating my best friends wedding today!

Two years ago I would not have been able to commit to doing this confidently. I might have been too exhausted to even just attend the wedding after traveling.

Not today, i had plenty of energy tp stanf and deliver and be excited about it.

I love my life again!

If you’re sleeping but still tired, it’s not your willpower — it’s your biology.

I used to wake up feeling like I hadn’t slept at all. I’d chug coffee just to “feel human,” and by 2pm I was ready for a nap. Sound familiar?

When estrogen and progesterone drop during menopause, cortisol (your stress hormone) and insulin take over — leaving you inflamed, wired, and wiped out.

Here’s the supplement stack that really helped me:
💊 10-20 mg/day - Zinc (Gluconate or Picolinate)
Balances copper levels; critical for cellular repair enzymes.
💊 0.5-2 mg/day - Copper (Glycinate or Bisglycinate)
Essential trace mineral for GHK-Cu formation and mitochondrial enzyme function.
💊 250-500 mg/day - NAD+ Precursors (NMN or NR)
Boosts cellular energy and DNA repair similar to ATP activation.
💊 100-200 mg/day -CoQ10 (Ubiquinol)
Supports ATP production inside mitochondria.
💊 200-400 mg/day - Magnesium (Glycinate or Malate)
Cofactor for ATP reactions; calms the nervous system.

You can Google hacks all day, persistently try/change a dosage of a supplement, but if you don’t rebuild your energy foundation, you’ll stay stuck in fatigue management instead of energy creation.

Inside my Fatigue Destroyer Blueprint, I teach the exact daily system that reactivates your body’s natural energy — no guesswork, no extremes.

Drop ENERGY below ⬇️ and I’ll DM you the details on the daily system I use to wake up refreshed again.

Menopause made doing a load of laundry feel like an olympic event.

It stole my clarity.
It stole my patience.
It stole my joy.
I wasn’t lazy.
I wasn’t unmotivated.
I was exhausted in a way sleep never fixed.

I tried the supplements.
I fixed my sleep.
I cleaned up my diet.
I pushed anyway.
And every time nothing worked…
I trusted my body a little less.

Here’s what no one explained to me:
Fatigue isn’t a willpower problem.
It’s a cellular energy problem.
My body wasn’t broken.
It was depleted.

When I stopped punishing my body…
And started recharging it with the missing nutritional support.
I eventually found this supplement stack that made me feel like myself again:

I spent months juggling supplements, trying to get the dosages right.
And while it helped I knew there had to be a simpler way.

Then I found a simple daily protocol that takes less than 1 minute
One thing.
No meds.
No chemicals.
No side effects.
It was like reminding my body how to make energy again.

Comment ENERGY and I’ll share my simple but effective solution.

Doing more was never the solution and in 2024, I finally stopped pretending it was.

I kept pushing through exhaustion because I didn’t know another way.
I still showed up. Still worked. Still handled life.

But inside, my energy was gone and I had no simple, duplicatable way to support my body daily.
So I burned out… repeatedly.

Midlife fatigue isn’t a willpower issue.

Hormones shift. Cortisol stays high. Sleep stops being restorative.

Your body isn’t broken, it’s operating under new rules.
It needs biological support

Here’s what changed everything for me:
• Fatigue is feedback, not failure
• Rest without support doesn’t restore energy
• Daily consistency matters more than intensity
• This supplement stack:

You can keep Googling/chatGPTings/YouTubing DIY solutions.
Trying random fixes. Trying to figure out complex supplemeent stacks you have to tote around with you when you travel for the holiodays.
Or blaming yourself when nothing sticks.
That only keeps you stuck and exhausted.

I found a simple daily way to support my body, not overwhelm it. Takes less than a minute everyday.
Energy I can count on.
No cumbersome supplment stack to carry around when traveling.

Now I have all the energy I need for adulting and fun. Here I am at an art show opening in front of a piece that took me months to create and I enjoyed every moment of making it and now sharing it at this show.

Comment ENERGY and I’ll share what finally worked for me.

What’s the one Christmas movie you HAVE to watch every year, no matter what🧑🏻‍🎄

12/12/2025

If the holidays make you feel more exhausted, more unseen, and more emotionally heavy than any other time of year… it’s not just stress, it’s your hormones colliding with the emotional labor you carry every day. 🎄🔥

Every December used to hit me like a freight train.
I was already tired… but the second the holidays rolled in?
Boom — instant collapse.
Shopping. Cooking. Coordinating.
Being the “memory maker,” the “planner,” the “fix-it” person…
all while feeling like no one sees what it takes for you to hold everyone’s season together.
And meanwhile…
I couldn’t even keep up with my OWN energy needs.
It felt like carrying 100 invisible backpacks while everyone else wondered why I was walking so slow. 😔

In midlife, your body is already juggling:
• cortisol overload
• adrenal fatigue
• estrogen drop-offs
• inflammation
• sleep disruption
• immune suppression
• etc......

Add the holiday emotional load, the unspoken job of managing everyone’s needs, moods, schedules, and expectations and your system crashes.
It’s not that you can’t handle life.
It’s that your body is asking for support you were never taught to give it.

Here’s how to lighten the emotional + physical load FAST:
✨ 1. The “One Thing Rule”
Each morning choose ONE non-negotiable for yourself. Not five. One.
✨ 2. 10-minute cortisol reset
• 3 minutes of slow breathing
• 3 minutes of stretching
• 4 minutes of light movement
Your nervous system will reset faster than you think.
✨ 3. Strength snack
A quick set of squats or wall pushups signals your brain + adrenals that you matter too.
✨ 4. Evening de-load ritual
Hot shower, warm socks, no screens for 20 minutes.
Let your cortisol actually fall before bed.

You can try to willpower through this…
But burnout doesn’t respond to willpower.
Hormonal exhaustion doesn’t fix itself with rest.
And emotional overload doesn’t go away by ignoring your needs.
DIY-ing your energy only leads to the December collapse.

I use a simple daily solution that supports:
✨ immune resilience
✨ cortisol balance
✨ adrenal support
✨ energy restoration
…without adding more tasks to my already full plate.
It helped me break the holiday burnout cycle — and feel like myself again.

Comment ENERGY and I’ll send you what I use daily.

What if your immune system isn’t “weak”… it’s just overwhelmed because your muscles aren’t supporting it anymore?

I used to get every little bug that floated around.
If someone sneezed across the room... boom, I was down for three days. 😞

I was exhausted, inflamed, and honestly embarrassed that I couldn’t keep up — not with life and definitely not with my team. I had no rhythm, no system, no duplicatable routine… just burnout.

Muscle is an immune organ.
When muscle decreases in midlife (hello perimenopause 👋), inflammation rises and your immune defenses lower.
Add cortisol spikes + poor sleep hygiene + adrenal fatigue…
And your whole system feels like it’s short-circuiting.

3 things that rebuild immune-supporting muscle FAST:
💪 Protein first thing within 60 mins upon waking and before exercise (20–30 grams within your first meal) Intermittent fasting can increase your rate of muscle loss in menopause
💪 10-minute morning strength block (air squats, wall pushups, dead hangs) - Pick 1 and do as hard as you can for 30 secs; rest 1.5-2 mins and do for 2-5 rounds.
💪 walking + sunlight pairing (resets cortisol, boosts immunity)

Most women are avoiding working out at all because they have been brain washed by the bro-culture thinking it is too hard to workout properly. Doing just a little bit everyday makes a big difference in our immune system.

Taking some time out to celebrate the season and make some homemade gifts. Doing things that bring me joy keep my heart and mind strong!

What are you doing to presence joy in your life?

11/26/2025

Ever feel like you’re suddenly invisible, even in your own life?

I used to cancel plans, avoid things I loved, and hide how exhausted I really was.
My energy was so low I felt like a shadow of the woman I used to be.

Worse… I felt emotionally invisible, especially because I couldn’t recruit or lead my team well. Everything I tried failed because I didn’t have a duplicatable system or the energy to show up consistently.
This “invisible woman” feeling isn’t in your head.

When estrogen, progesterone, cortisol + thyroid function shift, your energy plummets. Your body prioritizes survival, not joy.
That hormonal chaos makes you feel disconnected, unfocused, withdrawn, and overwhelmed.
It’s a sign that our body needs more biochemical support

Here’s a daily supplement regimen that helped me until I found my simple solution:
💊 10-20 mg/day - zinc (Gluconate or Picolinate)
💊 0.5-2 mg/day - Copper (Glycinate or Bisglycinate)
💊 250-500 mg/day - NAD+ Precursors (NMN or NR)
💊 100-200 mg/day -CoQ10 (Ubiquinol)
💊 200-400 mg/day - Magnesium (Glycinate or Malate)

You can try to piece this all together… but that’s what kept me stuck for YEARS.
Too much information. Not enough guidance. No support.

I now follow a simple daily system that supports hormones, energy, and mood (without meds or overwhelm).
It’s what helped me feel alive again.
I again enjoy being creative, social, and present.

Drop ENERGY below and I’ll DM you details. 💛

Does the thought of how you feel in 10 years scare you so much you don’t even dare think about it?

I used to feel that way.
Today I am a little tired and achey from the workout I did yesterday….AND
This makes me feel so happy!

Three years ago if you told me that I would average 2-3 strength workouts a week I would have asked what kind of drugs you were on 😆

If you are like me you can get bogged down in only evaluating yourself on where you are NOT today
and what you have not done today, this week and this month.

But the truth is success is not a final destination, it is a lot of little steps toward the bigger goals .

The one perpetual goal I have for myself everyday for the rest of my life is to do whatever I can on any given day to support myself in feeling the best I can mentally and physically.

Everyday just do 1 thing to make yourself better. We don’t need a guru to tell us this.
AND then when you do it celebrate that - acknowledge it.
Some days I can just do 1 and other days I get more,

Because I felt so terrible physically a few years ago I said yes to trying something that I had no belief in its ability to help me feel better…..AND it did.

Makng that decision to try that new thing was my 1 thing that day.

I am so thankful that I said yes on that day and followed through.
The little things you can do will add up and make a difference, take that walk, eat better.

Follow me for information on how to live your best in this phase of your life.

Wishing you and yours a wonderful holiday week if you are stateside.

Really think about it.
Not the cute surface-level answer.
The honest one.
The one that stings a little.

Because here’s the truth…
Most women don’t stop doing the things they love because they “changed.”
They stop because hormonal imbalance, cortisol overload, and adrenal fatigue slowly drained their spark until life felt too heavy to participate in.

And you know it’s costing you more than sleep.
Maybe it’s:
✨ Going out with friends
✨ Planning trips
✨ Saying yes to last-minute fun
✨ Your creative hobbies
✨ Being spontaneous
✨ Even having the energy to care about yourself

That fear of “I’m losing pieces of myself” is REAL.
So is the exhaustion that makes your world shrink.
I want to know yours.
