Coping isn’t about ignoring what you feel; it’s about learning to move through it with care and strength.
Here are a few ways to start:
Breathe Deeply — Even 60 seconds of deep breathing can reset your mind.
Move Your Body — Stretch, walk, or dance it out. Energy shifts when you do!
Express Yourself — Journal, create, or talk to someone you trust.
Practice Self-Compassion — Remind yourself: It's okay to feel. I'm human.
