I had a wonderful experience tonight. I want to take a moment to thank the Respin and Peloton Menopause Support community. Your support, education, honesty, and shared experiences have been incredibly grounding for me.

Menopause can feel isolating, confusing, and overwhelming at times. Being in spaces where people speak openly, validate one another, and remind each other that these experiences are real has helped me feel seen and supported.

Because of you, I’m reminded that I am not alone, that my body isn’t failing me, and that this season deserves compassion, care, and understanding.

Thank you for creating spaces that educate, uplift, and normalize this journey. I’m deeply grateful to be part of a community that leads with empathy and strength. 💜✨
