Two kinds of pain in life:
1. The Pain of Discpline and Resiliency or
2. The Pain of Regret and Remorse.

NO ONE, LOVES food more than I Do.

My challenges have been binging on French fries, waffles, tacos, Lay's Potatoe Chips, Dark Chocolate Brownies, Butter Pecan Ice Cream and Fried Chicken Wings,

I was digging my grave with my teeth and taste buds!!

But I decided no more!!

I decided to love good health and good food.

I eat once a day

In am Down 80lbs. My A1C is down to 5 and my avearge blood pressure 88/62.

I have more energy, flexibility and a quicker sharper mind.

i just turned 60 and have the health numbers of a 35 year old
