We help women become the strongest and most powerful version of themselves with step-by-step guidance to reach their personal fitness goals, and gain the kind of confidence that extends beyond training. We are breaking out of trying to fit in the box of the American standard of beauty and setting our own personal standards. We are a community that focuses on sewing positive seeds in hopes to improve our future through gaining strength and power physically, emotionally, and spiritually. We offer a space and atmosphere where women and children can come and make all of the decisions they want about their body and their life without any judgment.

Shoulder pain can be frustrating… especially when simple things like reaching, lifting, or sleeping on that side start to hurt.

A lot of rotator cuff issues don’t just come from the shoulder itself. Tight chest muscles, restricted upper back movement, and shoulder imbalances can all add extra stress to the rotator cuff.

Manual rehab focuses on restoring better movement through stretch therapy, soft tissue work, and improving how the shoulder moves as a whole.

Low back pain gets blamed for a lot… but it’s not always the real problem.

Many times the low back is just picking up the slack for tight hips, hamstrings, or muscles that haven’t been moving the way they should.

When those areas are restricted, the back ends up doing extra work — and eventually it starts complaining.

Manual rehab focuses on restoring mobility in the surrounding muscles so the low back doesn’t have to carry the whole load.

Sometimes helping the back… starts somewhere else.

Neck always tight? You’re not alone.

Most of the time the neck is just doing extra work because other areas aren’t moving the way they should — like tight shoulders, a stiff upper back, or muscles that stay locked up from sitting all day.

Instead of just chasing the tension in the neck, manual rehab looks at the whole chain to help restore movement and take some of that pressure off.

Sometimes the best way to help your neck… is to stop treating only your neck.

Our Club consists of members of all fitness levels. We consist of Weightlifter, Olympic Weightlifting, Power Lifting, Runners, and people who are interested in general fitness.
