We help women become the strongest and most powerful version of themselves with step-by-step guidance to reach their personal fitness goals, and gain the kind of confidence that extends beyond training. We are breaking out of trying to fit in the box of the American standard of beauty and setting our own personal standards. We are a community that focuses on sewing positive seeds in hopes to improve our future through gaining strength and power physically, emotionally, and spiritually. We offer a space and atmosphere where women and children can come and make all of the decisions they want about their body and their life without any judgment.

Our Club consists of members of all fitness levels. We consist of Weightlifter, Olympic Weightlifting, Power Lifting, Runners, and people who are interested in general fitness.
