Cacao Mediations with .co 🤎 My favorite cacao! 💜

✨ This “food of the gods” has so many benefits, but it’s important to know what you have quality ceremonial cacao in order to get the most benefits.

My favorite include, grounding and heart opening. Due to its magnesium content it can often help calm the body and get a sounder nights sleep. It can also be very helpful with reducing menstrual cramps. 🙌

When I want to spice it up. I’ll often add a little local honey, cinnamon, and maybe some organic vanilla. ☺️
