Oregon HLA OUR MISSION is simple: Connecting and supporting current and aspiring healthcare leaders.

Oregon HLA is comprised of a network of healthcare leaders who work in a variety of practice settings, specialties, rural and urban, from practices with one physician to over one hundred. Our member-led association prioritizes your needs, delivering timely and relevant tools while connecting you with healthcare leaders across Oregon. Don’t navigate the complexities of practice management alone—we welcome you to join our community and thrive together! Our state association, operating under a new name as of December 2024, continues in our rich history of offering local opportunities for education, networking, mentorship, advocacy and resources for current and future healthcare leaders and executives. Our active membership includes supervisors, managers, and administrators of small and large primary care and specialty groups, as well as full time students whose focus is healthcare administration. Our partner membership is comprised of vendor companies who partner with medical practices to provide comprehensive solutions, services and products to our members.
