Not up on the website yet but super excited for this full, exclusive Post Partum Package, The Sacred Window.

I love offering my services individually but a lot of these offerings would have been done everyday for 42 days. They would have been done for the mother by the grandmothers and mothers. All mom would have done was rest, feed baby and been nourished by these other women.

We live in a modern world where moms get no or little post partum care, especially in this country. It's actually the time mom's need support the most as they are fragile and energetically/spiritually so open. They just gave their whole life force (Ojas) to bring their baby earthside.

It's so amazing to offer Ayurvedic belly binding , Bodywork and fumigation to my mom's but when the services are individualized I have to teach them to do it themselves for the remainder of the 42 days unless they hire me to come back. I feel there is always a gap or piece missing. It had me thinking and dreaming to offer such a potent package where I'm with mom's their whole post partum sacred wisdom. This time will be filled with traditional, ancient wisdom and healing. This is what mom's need because the way they heal their body during these 42 days is how their bodies, relationships, spirits will heal the next 42 years.

I will be offering the whole 6 week package (this is what's preferred but also will be adding 4 week and 2 week packages)

We have heard, listened and now we are answering. There has been inquiries about the retreat but doesn't quite fit in budgets but if it was a little cheaper it would. We acknowledge our teachers and host & value their worth but we are in our life work to work with women and moms. We decided to change the price of the retreat to $200 less with a payment plan option still available. We want women to experience this potency during such a transitional time in their life. We want to share this experience with you. join us.

This work is heart work, soul work. I am here for all you women through every part of this journey. Your rock that can't be moved and stands with you under the sunshine, the storms, the beauty, the hugs, the tears, the earth shaking moments. Really I will never leave your side and your beauties, essence and strength is beyond anything I can ever explain and something I truly have the honor of witnessing. Each one of you are amazing, never forget it.

"I’ve been wanting to post this for a while but with a four week old baby at home, you know how it goes… When I was pregnant I posted in this amazing group looking for a doula . Many of you responded. And I want to thank all of those who recommended Sam Martin Doula! She has been an extraordinary human to have alongside me through this journey.

Through my pregnancy, she provided me with healing herbal products that she grows and makes herself to support my body in all of its changes. And the products kept coming through my postpartum period. She makes incredible tinctures, teas, delicious ghees , as well as pregnancy and postpartum Ayurvedic meal services. 🤤 With how difficult it’s been recovering from C-section and a fairly Traumatic birth, I have felt so held by her and her offerings. 🥰

I love when consultations become longer, deep conversations of the forgotten, deserved nourishment mothers need post birth.

I really wish I could be with each one of you every day 3rd trimester and 42 days after birth, day in and day out. The way the wise women would have been with women.

My goal is to bring back the ancient wisdom, ceremony and nourishment to the women of today's world. One of my offerings is through food.

Besides all of these meals and snacks being what your body needs during each stage of pregnancy and post partum they are made with deep love and the medicine that you deserve to be nourished during this time. My heart and spirit goes into everything I prepare and I hope you feel it with each bite.
