The slightest positioning is so important during training to prevent discomfort or injury. Almost any movement done on the floor (mostly ab) should be done with a flat/hollow back...especially if feet are raised.
• Roll Hips Under
• Lift upper body by squeezing core
• If your neck hurts, you are lifting with your head.
**think of pressing your bellybutton to the ground .
