The slightest positioning is so important during training to prevent discomfort or injury. Almost any movement done on the floor (mostly ab) should be done with a flat/hollow back...especially if feet are raised.
• Roll Hips Under
• Lift upper body by squeezing core
• If your neck hurts, you are lifting with your head.
**think of pressing your bellybutton to the ground .

Oh how I LOVE what I do & I LOVE seeing hard work pay off. I am not training to be a body builder, I am not counting calories or weighing my foods, I am not a 110% health/fit freak (not saying that any of those are wrong for those who do) BUT I do maintain balanced eating habits, drink mainly only water, & workout (split style) 5 days a week. Consistency is Key 🔑 but live your life up at the same damn time.

Warm Up before you add weight to it! Think of your muscles as a rubber band. By doing a body weight or resistance start, that will stretch/loosen you up (meaning more mobility = easier lifts). If you just jump right into your workout, you are more prone to injury 🤕🥴

TIP: make sure your hips are angled correctly as to which movement you’re doing. .

Why do you workout⁉️ to look good in a swimsuit? Improve your health?
